However, bookings of 2 nights or less (per-reservation NOT per-person) will be charged a £5.00 administration fee in order to cover expenses.

All credit card payments made through our payment gateway are completely secured. However, if you don't wish to send credit card details on the net, you can download the reservation form, print it, complete it in black ink and fax it to our central office in London at +44 (0)207 4309500.

Remember, we won't be able to process your hotel request without credit card information.

Yes. After Simply New York has processed and sent you an Email title 'Reservation Completed', you can be rest assured that the New York hotel reservation has gone through and the room availability is guaranteed.

If you want to change either the dates of your trip to New York, the number of rooms, or the hotel after the reservation is made, there will be alteration fee for costs incurred. Kindly get in-touch with us in case you need to change your reservation, or check-out our Terms & Conditions.

Simply, choose your preferred New York hotel and click on the 'Fax Booking' button. Print the fax booking form, fill-in with black ink pen in capitals, clearly writing the hotel name, number of adults and children, duration of stay and the room types (if known), and fax it to +44 (0)207 4309500.

Once the confirmation has been received for the hotel room, Simply New York will proceed with charging your card as agreed in the original request. If we are unable to confirm the initial requested hotel accommodation, an alternative may be provided and an email notification will be sent to you along with the details. The reservation will be held for 48 hours for your acceptance. When we are in receipt of your acceptance, we shall charge your card as agreed in the faxed booking form.

In the unlikely event of you not receiving a reply from us within 48 hours, please re-submit your request or call us.
